• TC chairs should confirm that a submission has a status of ‘mature’ before the defining engineering document enters the FCD ballot process
• TC chairs should confirm the submission is up-to-date with the engineering document if any changes have been made during the ballot process and, if so, that the edited submission is still at ‘mature’ status before the submission can proceed to the ‘accepted’ state.
• The engineering document as provided for ST audit should be provided to 30MR10 once the document passes ST audit. This allows confirmation that the document matches the submission prior to publication.
